Greg Keenan - President

Greg Keenan has been working in the food and services industry for over ten years. Greg received his formal training and fulfilled all academic requirements at the University College of the Cariboo as well as the Vancouver Community College, Culinary Arts.

Greg qualified as a Red Seal chef in February 2003 and trained at a variety of prestigious fine dining establishments including; Restaurant 360 at the CN Tower, Toronto, CinCin Restaurant, Vancouver. Greg's food mastery was recognized when he achieved "Winner's Circle" in culinary competitions in both Vancouver and Kamloops.

With over ten years of experience in all facets of food services management, Greg is uniquely qualified to ensure comprehensive provisioning in not only menu planning but all elements relating to kitchen provisions.

Greg is a chef who is highly sought after by companies that have previously used his services extensively. He has successfully completed over a dozen tours providing food catering services to Canadian Northern Arctic Exploration sites. Greg has a sensitivity to the needs of the crews that populate these sites and an awareness of the importance of quality and menu variety.
