Northfield Services was created to provide comprehensive, quality food services solutions to remote sites. We assume all the administrative and logistical responsibility including: all travel, lodging and food arrangements as well as all related payroll costs. The costs cover a qualified staff cook with a Level Three first aid certificate.*

Greg Keenan, president of Northfield Services, has had extensive experience cooking in remote sites and understands how important a good meal is to your crew. As a trained Red Seal chef, Greg will develop a complete menu plan encompassing every meal of the tour. We will ensure your menu has a variety of quality ingredients and your valued crew member will experience an overall positive food experience. In addition, we will provide cooks with detailed provision lists covering all food and kitchen supplies required. Non-food supply requirements will also be taken into account.

The need to provide a differentiated, high quality food experience has enabled Northfield Services to take a step above the competition. We have prepared an extensive Policies and Procedures Manual to ensure our staff meet the high standards your company deserves. Detailed menus are supported with comprehensive food preparation guidelines, as well as all major support tasks that ensure an efficiently run food operation.

Northfield Services has a network of qualified cooks that will meet your exacting food preparation needs. We ensure every cook staffed to a remote site has Level Three first aid qualifications. Each cook is provided with a fully stocked Workman's Compensation compliant first aid kit.

Northfield Services personally pre-screens proposed candidates to confirm: menu mastery, an understanding of the duties required to maintain a clean, smoothly functioning remote food services operation, and personal attitude to promote a harmonious camp environment.

We have access to other general help personnel and can provide general labour to remote sites, as and when needed. We comply with W.C.B and can meet specific needs of any remote camp.

* Costs are based upon a demarcation for the duration of the camp tour.
